Recruitment
Rushing a fraternity at Texas Tech University is the exciting and important process of exploring the many brotherhoods on campus to find the one that best aligns with your values, goals, and aspirations. During Rush Week, you’ll have the opportunity to meet active members, attend events, and learn about each fraternity’s unique culture, traditions, and commitments to academics, leadership, and community service. It’s a time to connect with like-minded individuals and discover where you can grow personally, academically, and socially. Rush is about finding a place where you can build lasting friendships, develop leadership skills, and contribute to a positive, supportive community. Ultimately, it’s an opportunity to take the next step in becoming part of something bigger than yourself at Texas Tech. It is important to note there are two opportunities a year to participate in Rush. There is Formal Rush, which takes place at the beginning of Fall semester and Informal Rush which is during the beginning of Spring semester.
